Rules of the 3ina x Compañía Fantástica draw
1.Companies organizing the contest.
Show Your Magic Group SL, with registered office at C/Orellana nº10 on the right. 28004 Madrid and with NIF number B85772846 and owner of the Compañía Fantástica brand (hereinafter CIA FANTASTICA) and 3INA COSMETICS SL, with registered office at C/ Velázquez nº53, 28001 Madrid, with NIF B87141305 and owner of the 3INA brand (hereinafter 3INA ) organize on the dates indicated below, the free Draw called "CIA FANTASTICA Y 3INA" (hereinafter "the Draw") in accordance with the conditions set out in these Rules.
2.Deadline and method of participating.
The deadline to participate will be during October 19 (24 hours), 2021.
Whoever wishes to participate in the draw must:
- Be over 18 years old and resident in Spain.
- Follow @companiafantastica and @3inaspain on Instagram.
- Repost the giveaway story, mentioning both brands (@companiafantastica and @3inaspain) and at least one friend.
- You can participate several times, each time naming the profile of different friends.
Participation in the Giveaway implies that the participant meets the established requirements and respects and complies with Instagram's conditions.
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or be associated with this giveaway in any way.
3.Prizes.
One (1) prize will be drawn and will consist of:
- A batch of 3INA products valued at €70
- A CIA FANTASTICA dress, valued at €69.95
*Available in size SML-XL
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
4.Raffle.
The Draw will be held on October 20, 2021 at the 3INA headquarters in Madrid, C. de Velázquez 53, Bajoleft, 28001 Madrid, through the random extraction of one (1) winner in order of extraction. Likewise, one (1) additional participant will be drawn as a reserve.
5.Prize delivery.
Each winner will be contacted by private message through Instagram on the same day, or following, of the Draw. In the event that it is not possible to locate a winner within a period of 24 hours, or if the prize is expressly rejected for any reason, CIA FANTASTICA and 3INA will go to the reserve participants in order of extraction.
Once the prize is accepted, each winner will receive a private message through Instagram or email explaining how to proceed to deliver the prize.
In the event that all prizes are rejected by the winners and reserves, the Draw will be declared void.
The winners authorize their Instagram profile to be published on the CIA FANTASTICA and 3INA website and social networks, as well as on any of the brands' official communication channels.
6.Protection of personal data.

b) Purpose and legitimation:
Process your participation in the Draw and, where appropriate, proceed to deliver the prize with any tax withholdings that may be appropriate - Execution of the contract: Subscription.
c) Data processed:
Data provided and others that we may additionally request for the development of the aforementioned purposes.
d) Recipients:
For the development of the purposes set out above, it is not expected that your data will be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation.
e) International transfers:
The winner's data may be published on the different Web Platforms or Social Networks of CIA FANTASTICA and 3INA. This publication may involve an international transfer to a country whose data protection regulations do not have a level equivalent to the European one.
The interested party, through his or her participation in the Draw, accepts such transfer, without prejudice to the fact that CIA FANTASTICA and 3INA COSMETICS may adopt additional measures to guarantee the level of data security.
f) Conservation period:
Once the Giveaway ends, your data will not be processed.
g) Rights:
Access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, revocation of previously given consent, limitation of processing through email to press@ciafantastica.com or by letter addressed to CIA FANTASTICA with registered office at C/ Orellana 10, bajo dcha., 28004 Madrid, now 3INA COSMETICS SL, with registered office at C/Velázquez nº53, 28001 Madrid.
7.Acceptance of the bases and responsibility.
1. The mere fact of participating in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules.
2. CIA FANTASTICA and 3INA reserve the right to modify the Rules of the Draw, partially or totally at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the Draw void if any irregularity is detected. Once any modification is made, it will be duly made known to the participants on the CIA FANTASTICA and 3INA website.
3. CIA FANTASTICA and 3INA reserve the right to exclude from participation in the Draw all those participants who, it deems, are failing to comply with any condition of participation included in these Rules. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from their condition as such.
4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant in the Draw.
5. CIA FANTASTICA and 3INA are exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification.
8.Applicable law - controversy.
These Bases are subject to Spanish legislation. Any claim related to the Sweepstakes must be sent in writing to CIA FANTASTICA, at At. of the Marketing Department, to the following address: C/Orellana 10, bajo Dcha., 28004 Madrid, and to 3INA Cosmetics SL, to At. of the Marketing Department, to the following address: C/Velázquez nº53, 28001 Madrid, within thirty (30) days following the deadline for participation in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a controversy in the application or interpretation of these Bases and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all litigation will be subject to the Courts of the city of Madrid.
