SHIPPING METHODS
On the occasion of our special promotion on November 28th, we will exceptionally activate free shipping according to the standard shipping rates of each country, as in regular periods without discounts.

In Spain, shipping will be free on orders over €70.

In all other countries, the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping will be the one corresponding to the standard rate for each destination, which may vary by country.

Some destinations may not be eligible for free shipping, in accordance with their usual conditions.
This promotion will be valid only on November 28th and is independent of any other promotional action or discount.
At Compañía Fantástica, we offer three delivery methods: home delivery, delivery to a SEUR Pick Up store, and delivery to our Madrid store.
*Notice: Free shipping is not available during outlet sales and discount periods.
**If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier service will deliver the package to a nearby SEUR Pick Up store. If the customer does not collect the package from the store within 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the customer may request a refund for the order minus the shipping costs.

Orders will be dispatched on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a public holiday or weekend, we will start processing your order on the next working day.

All orders placed in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, United Kingdom, Gibraltar and non-EU countries in European territory may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties as each area or country has its own legislation and trade treaties.
As these costs are variable and impossible to predict, Compañía Fantástica accepts no responsibility for additional customs duties charged on products purchased through our online store.
