In this new installment of #FantasticPeople, we go behind the scenes at the @wildmgmt modeling agency to talk to @anna_cabestany , their head agent. She shares insights into her profession, what it's like to work in such a dynamic industry, and the challenges behind the scenes.
QUESTION: Who are you and what do you do?
ANSWER: I am Anna Cabestany and I am head agent of Wild Mgmt, a modeling agency.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Being able to walk hand in hand with our role models, seeing them grow, being able to contribute and follow a path with them, not only in terms of work but also their personal projects.
Q: What has it been like starting out in this world?
R: It's been a very natural process. As soon as I finished my studies, the first interview I had was with another agency, and I started working as an agent right away. It's a really cool, really great job, but you can't forget that our most important asset is the models.
Q: What interesting facts can you tell us?
R: Well, for example, the issue of scouting. Agencies organize themselves when there are big events. I remember going to a Justin Bieber concert to look for talent.
Q: What advice would you give to someone trying to work as an agent?
R: It's something you can't study anywhere, so you absolutely have to get training from a modeling agency, maybe start with an internship if you have the opportunity, if you like it…

A: Fight Club, Lorde's Homemade Dynamite, and Miss Marte.

R: I love Mara Lafontan, she's French and has a great vibe. I really like Claudia Polo's profile, @soulinthekitchen.
Q: Which famous person would you have a coffee with?
A: With Kim Kardashian.
Q: What are your handbag essentials?
A: My mobile phone, one hundred percent, my transport pass which I got after 10 years a month ago and I'm very proud of it, and a red lipstick, even though I don't use it, I always carry it with me.
