On March 8, Compañía Fantástica launched, together with Girly Girl Magazine, a solidarity t-shirt on the occasion of Women's Day. The profits, a total of €6,377, were allocated to the Ana Bella Foundation, Survivors Network.
The limited edition model, in pink and printed with the slogan “March like a Girl” was available in sizes from XS to L for €19.90. The t-shirt was an exclusive design for the online magazine Girly Girl Mag for Compañía Fantástica and was on sale in the brand's online store and Flagship Store of Fernando VI (Madrid).
At the Ana Bella Foundation, women survivors use empathy and the example of self-improvement to help an average of 1,200 abused women a year; so that they break silence, become empowered and start a happy life.
Ana Bella, Ashoka social entrepreneur, started the Women Survivors Network in 2002, creating a non-profit entity with the mission of building an equal society free of violence against women.
According to foundation sources, the amount donated, €6,377, will support more than 20 women: aid for transportation, food, daycare, housing supplies, etc.
