1. PREPARE THE PACKAGE WITH THE GARMENTS TO BE RETURNED
The returned garments will be sent in a single shipment and must be in their original conditions of sale, with their label and protective bag. Package with the garments to be returned.
Include the return form. If you have lost it, you can download it here.
Wrap the package with resistant materials, to avoid damage and loss of the returned garments. You can reuse the packaging we have used to send them to you, it's designed for that purpose!
Any returns not packaged in optimal conditions for shipping will be subject to rejection by Compañía Fantástica. Returns shipped in clear plastic bags or any other non-resistant packaging will not be accepted.
2. SEND YOUR RETURN FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH GEOGRAPHICAL AREA
RETURNS TO THE PHYSICAL STORE IN MADRID: You can return your order free of charge to our shop in Madrid (C/Fernando VI, 8, 28004 Madrid). Because it is an online purchase, the return is not immediate: i.e. we will pick up the garments, but the amount will not be refunded in the shop, but through the corresponding online platforms.
RETURNS FROM SPAIN PENINSULAR AND BALEARIC ISLANDS: If you live in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands you can return the garments free of charge to any SEUR office or collection point nearest to you. To request a return through SEUR simply click here to access their management platform. If you prefer to return your order via Correos or any other courier service of your choice, you will have to pay the return shipping costs. In both cases, you must send the returned garments to the address mentioned in the section Address for the return shipment. RETURNS FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD: In the case of returns from any other part of the world, you must arrange the shipment directly through the courier service of your choice and send the returned garments to the address mentioned in the Address section for the return shipment. We regret to inform you that we do not offer free returns abroad and that, therefore, you will have to bear the cost of the return. RETURN CONDITIONS FOR ORDERS PLACED WITH DISCOUNT COUPONS
In the event that you have used a promotional code in your order and you wish to return one or more items, Compañía Fantástica reserves the right to charge you the original price of the item(s) you wish to keep if, with the return, the value of your order is less than the minimum value of the promotion.
CANCELL OR MODIFY AN ORDER
We are unfortunately unable to modify an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the size/colour of an item, removing or adding an item, changing the shipping address or method of payment.
You can cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it. In order to do so, you must contact our Customer Service team using the form found here.
